Day Eleven Of The Twelve Days Of Christmas: Ranking All The New Albums I Listened To In 2023.

Alright, so these are all the new albums I've listened to this year.    There are a few albums I planned on listening to (those being GUTS (Deluxe Edition) by Oliv ia Rodrigo , Denim And Rhinestones (Deluxe Edition) by Carrie Underwood , Autumn Variations by Ed Sheeran , Autumn Variations (Fan Living Room Sessions) by Ed Sheeran , Autumn Variations (Live Acoustic Edition) by Ed Sheeran , 1989 (Taylor's Version) (Taylor's Version) (Tangerine Edition) by Taylor Swift , We Need Christmas (Extended Edition) by Maddie & Tae and The Show (Encore Edition) by Niall Horan .    Because of that, they'll obviously be omitted from this year and added to next year's roster.    If y'all would like to see what I thought of albums released in 2022, you can watch that here and here      Without further ado, let's get to the main attraction!

Blogmas 2023: Day Twenty Eight/Day Four Of The Twelve Days Of Christmas: Performing The Eras Tour (Ally's Version)...

Blogmas Day Twenty Eight: Alright y'all, today I decided to do what a few people on YouTube have done and that is PERFORM THE ENTIRE ERAS TOUR!    I normally play real performances that are between five and fifteen minutes long, but my jam sessions with little to no audiences go on for much longer (sometimes an hour)!    Today I was in my house looking for something to do, so I decided "why not? Let's try to sing, screech and crack our way through The Eras Tour!" (As I mentioned a couple days back, I have a cold that I've had off and on since before Thanksgiving)...    Anyway, I tried it. I sat down with my Jasmine Acoustic Guitar at about 3:30 PM and started playing the intro version of Miss Americana & The Heartbreak Prince .     Cruel Summer was kinda a hot mess, but fun as always.    I was halfway through the Fearless act when I realized I had inadvertently skipped Lover (I know, I know, I ought to have my Swiftie Indenti...

Blogmas 2023: Day Twenty Four/Christmas Eve: My Christmas Eve Gifts.

Blogmas Day Twenty Four: It's Christmas Eve, y'all! I still can't believe it!    So today I wrote a while, played some Christmas Hymns on Guitar and opened a few gifts I've got myself or from friends or family.

Blogmas 2023: Day Fourteen: Pick One Or Kick One: Taylor Swift Edition.

Blogmas Day Fourteen: Today we're playing Pick One Or Kick One! The video this is based off of can be found here and to my deep annoyance, the maker of the video made the decision to count the Originals and Taylor's Versions as one, completely erasing the existence of the Originals. This is simply my disclaimer to say I don't support that. Nevertheless, it's a good game.

Blogmas 2023: Day Six: Ranking Taylor Swift (2006) by Taylor Swift.

Blogmas Day Six: Welcome back to Blogmas! I'm your host, Ally Kat Tomlinson and today, I'll be ranking Taylor Swift's self-titled debut album, Taylor Swift, which was released in 2006 (that sounds SO   HARD to believe, good gosh)!    Anywho, let's go!    #14: Cold As You.     This one hasn't ever been a favorite, though I do think it's good and can never get over how strong the line  "every smile you fake is so condescending counting all the scars you've made" is!    #13: Picture To Burn.     At the risk of getting my OSIC (Official Swiftie Identification Card) revoked, this is next to last. I feel like I loved it just a little too much back in my days of being a Junior Swiftie (in 2010-ish) and nowadays, I hardly ever listen to it.     #12: Tim McGraw.    Again, at the risk of getting my OSIC revoked, this case is sorta similar to Picture To Burn. I honestly love it, but it's not my absolute favorit...

My 1989 (Taylor's Version) release day.

Hey y'all! It's Ally! So as 1989 (Taylor's Version) is now out, I want to tell y'all what I did for it. I've been a die hard Swiftie for about three years now, meaning I've celebrated the release of   evermore , Fearless (Taylor's Version), RED (Taylor's Version), Midnights, Speak Now (Taylor's Version) and now 1989 (Taylor's Version)! As a Swiftie and obviously a Detective (or maybe a just a clown, y'all decide), I of course have been following the Easter Eggs for like two years. Today is of course not the day to discuss Easter Eggs, but we must mention ONE! A little over two years ago, Taylor posted a picture after the 2021 Brit Awards. The caption read "Spinning in my highest heels, luv" which are of course lyrics from Mirrorball, the sixth track from folklore. Anyway, if you notice, that sentence has twenty seven letters! Now if you care to do some simple math... 1+9+8+9=27! What day of October did 1989 come out on? The 27th! We...
