Blogmas 2023: Day Six: Ranking Taylor Swift (2006) by Taylor Swift.

 Blogmas Day Six:

Welcome back to Blogmas! I'm your host, Ally Kat Tomlinson and today, I'll be ranking Taylor Swift's self-titled debut album, Taylor Swift, which was released in 2006 (that sounds SO HARD to believe, good gosh)!
   Anywho, let's go!
   #14: Cold As You.
This one hasn't ever been a favorite, though I do think it's good and can never get over how strong the line "every smile you fake is so condescending counting all the scars you've made" is!
   #13: Picture To Burn.
At the risk of getting my OSIC (Official Swiftie Identification Card) revoked, this is next to last. I feel like I loved it just a little too much back in my days of being a Junior Swiftie (in 2010-ish) and nowadays, I hardly ever listen to it.
   #12: Tim McGraw.
Again, at the risk of getting my OSIC revoked, this case is sorta similar to Picture To Burn. I honestly love it, but it's not my absolute favorite. I do occasionally cover it in my live sets and it always gets a reaction.
   #11: The Outside.
Now this one could be near interchangeable with the last two I think, they swapped positions like three times while I was writing this ranking.

We're now entering the top 10!

   #10: Should've Said  No.
I know, this is another sort of low ranking fan favorite. I love this one too, but I love the next nine more.
   #9: Teardrops On My Guitar.
This one, well, I love this one, obviously. It's iconic and always will be.
#8: I'm Only Me When I'm With You.
This one was a favorite for like six months. I cannot believe Taylor wrote this one at thirteen and oh my word, does the chorus HIT!!!
   #7: A Perfectly Good Heart.
This one isn't really that popular to my knowledge, but I'll always love it.
   #6: Stay Beautiful.
This one is cute, I've always loved it. I believe it was like the fourth song I ever learned how to play on guitar.

We are now entering the top 5!

   #5: Invisible.
I love this one a lot, I always related to it and I still do more or less. I think it's so Gorgeous.
#4: A Place In This World.
I think this one has always been written for me and all and I've cried to it a couple times.
#3: Tied Together With A Smile.
This one makes me tear up near every time I listen to it and I just, I love it so much. I think it's beautiful and  that's about all I got to say about it.
#2: Mary's Song (Oh My My My My).
I've always loved this one a lot, but was massively obsessed with it in like 2019.
   #1: Our Song.
Yes, Our Song is and probably always will be my favorite from this album. I wrote a whole entire story based around this song once and just NOSTALGIA! And it is just simply a certified bop!
Thank y'all all for coming to read this! I will eventually be ranking Beautiful Eyes and the rest of the albums. See y'all tomorrow! 😎
