My 1989 (Taylor's Version) release day.

Hey y'all! It's Ally! So as 1989 (Taylor's Version) is now out, I want to tell y'all what I did for it.
I've been a die hard Swiftie for about three years now, meaning I've celebrated the release of evermore, Fearless (Taylor's Version), RED (Taylor's Version), Midnights, Speak Now (Taylor's Version) and now 1989 (Taylor's Version)!
As a Swiftie and obviously a Detective (or maybe a just a clown, y'all decide), I of course have been following the Easter Eggs for like two years.
Today is of course not the day to discuss Easter Eggs, but we must mention ONE!
A little over two years ago, Taylor posted a picture after the 2021 Brit Awards. The caption read "Spinning in my highest heels, luv" which are of course lyrics from Mirrorball, the sixth track from folklore.
Anyway, if you notice, that sentence has twenty seven letters! Now if you care to do some simple math...
1+9+8+9=27!
What day of October did 1989 come out on? The 27th!
We had this knowledge TWO YEARS AGO!
Also, I'm not sure who else noticed this, but the Snow On The Beach Spotify Canvas video had outlines of seagull birds in the snow.
Either way, Taylor never fails to impress me with her Easter Eggs and extensive planning.
Now, for what I did for the release.
I mixed up the batter on Friday (release day) afternoon then went out for a while.
I came back that night and baked them and also made the glaze and glazed them.
I also made a couple Friendship Bracelets while they were baking.
On Saturday, I got up and drove a ways with some friends to see The Eras Tour movie.
It was impeccable and I got the special popcorn bucket and cup set.
My favorite part of The Eras Tour was the Folklore set, which is odd because Folklore isn't even my album of choice normally. (To be clear, my favorite album is Speak Now but only the OG. The rerecord was underwhelming).
My favorite moment was the August/Illicit Affairs/My Tears Ricochet medley. It was so beautiful.

NaBloPoMo Day Three: Deep Dives And Reactions: Cowboy Back by Gabby Barrett.

NaBloPoMo Day Three: So this is a song I've been more or less obsessed since 2022 or so when she posted a little clip of the intro. (The Intro, I love the intro too much, y'all)!    Anyway, that obsession was further fueled when she played it at Stagecoach last April. I vividly remember playing a fan video about forty times.    This is, however, the first time I've heard the studio version and as a Country Girl who has a genuine respect for Cowboys, I approve.    It reminds me so much of characters I've either made up or write with for fanfics that exist in the source material.    Anywho, 10/10. Lyric Video: This is nice! I was hoping it'd actually get a music video (I wanted a Jesus And My Mama Music Video too... Oh well)... This is really nice, almost like a Visualizer! 10/10.
